Are you just doing a soak at like 150 deg on those initial grains before the boil? 5 gallon batch? Looks like enough hops, but I forget how much gravity you can pick up from the partial mash grains alone... Is 20 min meaning 20 before boil start, with boil start being what you're calling 0 minutes? and then 20 minutes into boil is -20? 60 minute boil? Other than the transfer to secondary, your total fermentation time isn't all that long, so not THAT much time for the hops to fade really. You'd probably be good to have packaged at the 13 days is my guess.

    A few recents:

Smoking wood: Very woody and smoky. They ain't lyin
Coconut Porter: Underwhelming on the flavors
Raspberry Stout: Too sweet/raspberry/chocolate for me to enjoy the whole can.
Supercolider: Not too bad, not my favorite of theirs though
Homebrew BBA Mexican Chocolate Stout (barrel aged stout, cinnamon, chipotle, cacao, vanilla)
Actually sitting in a brewery having a few beers and some nachos at Phantom Ales in Placentia. Kinda weird, also kinda nice.

On the grains yes, seep at 152 - 156 deg for 45min. 5 gallon batch with a 5 gallon seep to start. Then a 60min countdown boil with flame out being 0. So the -20 was right before the immersion chiller.
Agree, should have went ahead a bottled at the 2 week mark.
Question. Will bottle conditioning scavenge much O2 while carbonating?

And I’ve picked a bad time to go shopping for a chest freezer. The hoarders are snatching them up.

Bottled up my Witbier tonight and put it to bed. I forget who here posted the link to Brewer's Friend calculators but Thank You!
The shop where I get my stuff always throws in a 5oz pack of corn sugar and tells me that what I need to prime a 5 gal batch. But as I’ve learned the volumes of CO2 for something like a IPA vs a Witbier are opposite ends of the scale.

I'd say not really, more just eat up the oxygen in the bottling process, and then the caps try to absorb any more or any that creeps in, if you got the 02 absorbing types.
