replaced my chrome grille surround and OEM grille insert with a color matched surround and TRD Pro grille.

next steps are to install the hidden mount light bar, diode dynamic fogs on the way, as well as some brodouche raptor lights into the grille with a Relentless Fab Stinger bumper.

I painted mine with plastidip last year and it was probably about 5 or 6 coats and it didn't last the summer. Small rock chips just keep getting bigger with wind blowing on it.

Mine took 13qts. Make sure you put the truck trans temp check mode first, to check the level.

Looks like you have a 285? I was wondering if you can adjust the mount up or down to fit different size tires so that the bottom of the tire sits flat on bed.

Tire sits flat in the bed, you can adjust the mount a few inches up and down. It will also hold a 35" tire. Look at the pic of the mount and you can see the slots. This is a very well made product. Good luck with your truck.

I did this last fall but used gasket maker on the seal under the screws and taped those slits up and it has held really well

What jl's are those? 10 in shallow? I was under the impression that normal mount subs and 12's wouldn't fit behind the seats. If I am wrong then I spent a lot of money for nothing. Not to mention that the pancake subs just dont hit like the normal ones do.

I dig the grille design without the lettering and Raptor style lights. Cool find

I find it easiest to remove the skid plate by the transfer case. Like @boogie3478 said, I had to turn the one at the front diff a little. I too believe it was a 10mm wrench. Isn't everything 10MM? LoL

I do not have any trouble after doing those 2 things. I also jack all 4 wheels in the air and put the truck in neutral so I can spin the drive shaft by hand when I am under there. My lube shuttle with a standard tip works great.

Nothing to day or this week phase three of the big house make over my wife wanted. I gave it as she lets me do what I want the tacom and other hobbies. so she go a new back and side last week this week and new driver and concrete walke way to patio, replacing the Decomposed Granite walkway. we talked in 15 years ago. So the the Taco and the Grandkids Venza is across the street and her Mini is in the garage. It's in the100+F degrees for the next 3 day so I am not complaining. 2 guy I hired are doing it in this heat. Slow going but it needs to get done. After this having the house painted, Spending the afternoon checking out tires for the Taco.
