    Nope. RPM is the jam. Rockauto for about $50. K606069RPM. You could just put on the 6 rib and let that extra rib clear itself but I wouldn't recommend it. It isn't a big deal cutting the extra rib off.

    Yes and no, there is no belt which will fit that doesn't require modding.

    Custom problems require custom solutions.

    A flux retro-capacitance encabulator
    I had a 2.0" for a while and then went to 1.87". I would say the returns of going smaller than 2.3 are diminishing. Going from 2.0 to 1.87, I felt a noticeable improvement in throttle response, but per dyno results, WOT power and torque is not much changed. MAF readings were well over 400g/s (444g/s in 1st gear, in fact) but that didn't equate to much more on the dyno.

    And yes, belt changes have been kind of frequent.

    Well i ordered it all and am going to go with the 2.3 pulley. If anyone wants a smooth flow 2.5 pulley for their pulley hub let me know.

    What are you boys seeing out of engine coolant temps for your engine on 100+ days with the AC on while under some sort of grade?

    I saw temps of 212* yesterday under the situation described above.

    The other option is the Harrop (TVS2650). Which one would you go for?

    The only happy Gen 4 customers I’ve seen are the Ford people mowers. LSx guys seem to make more with the 2650, not like it matters because the numbers they’re talking about are like 1300rwhp.

    Which t-stat and radiator? 212° isn't all that bad, as long as it was stabilized.

    It pretty much stabilized at that point. 160* T stat and OE radiator.

    I didn't think it was too bad myself considering all of the heat circumstances being introduced into the factor (AC on full blast, boost occurring, 100* day).

    You know i have a ton of shit of my truck. Stock cooling everything, beat the hell out of it and i never get above 186 degrees.

    How often does it turn 100* out in VA?

    I rarely clean the fins and I never see any gunk coming out of them when I do.. I have a BAMF skid and a bruteforce hybrid bumper the grille has been opened up with a grillecraft grille.. the front end seems to be covered up quite a bit.

    turn off the a/c:D seriously do you have a cooler stat?
    run redline water wetter and distilled water. until youre consistantly below freezing you can have significantly cooling improvement.

    I can run it through all seasons right? I am just really trying to avoid corrosion and rust in the cooling system.
