I've just instructed the wife to liberate some tuna from the grocertia...been too long since a good tuna sammie...making me drool now

 

Is the oil broken? Shake box and listen for anything broken. If not, probably okay to use.

I could go for canned tuna on top of pasta. Yum! Also a great budget meal.

Back when I was bodybuilding daily and not a lazy sack of grease that I am these days, my favourite meal after a super heavy lifting session was a box of KD made with whole milk and butter with a can of albacore and a sliced ripe avocado on top.

I think it was around 1200 calories and a 100 grams of protein or something.
