    any recommendations on first mods,( I'm planning on starting light and working my way up to the needs)

    Welcome from SE VA! hmmmm .... any recommendations for mods? thats like asking a salesman who works for commission what i should buy....you'll never hear "you have enough"....lol but seriously, depends on what you plan to do with it and how much $$$$ and/or gas mileage you are willing to sacrifice. a good place to start if you want to take it off the hard top (which i assume thats why you got an off road version), suspension upgrade (lift), tires. for some reason toyota put these goodyear "all terrains" on these trucks (better gas mileage on the window sticker?). Enjoy the journey!

    Yeah actually one of the first things I'm going to do is change those tires. I think Toyota make a big mistake selling a off road with those tires. But I'm not sure if I should just buy better tire set or lift it too
