Yeah that’s something Colton would do.

Are UCAs really needed with either of those kits? @TXpro4X4 ran the 5100s without upgrading the UCAs and we just put on Fox’s without needing new UCAs. If she just wants to run a little lift it’d save her some extra money if they’re not really necessary.

We didn’t change it. We’re going to ride to get the spanner this weekend. I don’t think it needs much adjusting though maybe a couple notches lower to bring it down but Bryan wants to wait a week or two to let it all settle in and see what he wants to do

Bryan might not have been above ~2.5” of lift.

Under 2” they’re not needed. 2.0-2.5” they’re recommended, and above 2.5” damn near required.
Best to keep alignment numbers looking good for a few hundred more and not have to worry about it. Plus it’s all within her budget.

OME nitrochargers, Dakars+AAL, JBA UCA 285/75/16 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on TRD baja "beadlocks" Flippac
was in the same boat as you in terms of budget. did the 5100's all around and AAL from headstrong and now have OME all the way around. can't go wrong with either, the 5100s might be a tad cheaper than the nitrochargers. i didn't do upper control arms right away, my alignment numbers weren't great but whatever. i think JBA were the cheapest and they're really well made, got me perfect alignment numbers. if i were you and trying to save money i'd probably go 5100s all the way around with 881 coils and the headstrong AAL in the back. lifted it a perfect amount and the ride was better than stock IMO. just wait on the upper control arms until you get an alignment and see if you even need to, it never really bothered me too much and waiting a year to do them aint gonna hurt.
