I replaced the padding in my drivers seat. I should have done this a while ago. I hadn't realized how much the foam had collapsed.

How did you go about this? My seats are old so I’ve wanted to replace them.

Interesting. Im wondering how strong that is for towing. Im curious if the aluminum holds up compared to the stock one that is steel.

I debated that too. My seat material was in really good shape though. When I priced the foam from the dealer I was surprised it wasn't more expensive. I purchased a new pan and back piece, fought my way through the install, and I am good now.

I haven't been on here in a few moths, here's how my truck sits right now. I just got all the parts pictured below, tomorrow I'll get my JBA UCA, and Baja Designs SAE Fog Lights. Can't wait to install everything this weekend. Front end will be new uca, lca, coilover, outter tie rod ends, and sway bar end links. Rear will just be new shocks. Let me know if you have any other recommendations while I'm at it.

Also my truck is about to hit 175,000 miles, I bought it at 127,000 and all I've done is regular oil changes, filters, and spark plugs. I drive my truck daily on the freeway to and from different job sites sometimes pretty far, I want to do a full tune up on my truck , is there a guide or recommendations on maintenance I should do? Thanks for any info in advance.

The roof is on my to-do list as well. Getting tired of the tin foil sound when it rains.

I would seriously reconsider those baja sae lights...... Worst in the market at the moment. Rigid and Diode dynamics beat it in every category

Me too. Also doing it to hopefully cut down some of the wind noise from my roof rack at highway speeds.

Here is the link: https://www.uscargocontrol.com/shop/Enclosed-Trailer-Accessories/Airline-Straps-Hardware They sell the strips to cover the track. They are level with the ribs in the bed. I also put a six inch track on the side of the wheel well since it is too hard to reach all the way back under by cover for a securing point. It also makes it easier to reach then going to the bed depending on the load.

did not seal behind the screws since I normally have my cover closed. Will keep an eye out for any leaks when the top is open.

There fine as offroad lights, just not fogs on street with other drivers.

I’m debating pulling the trigger on a similar setup for an AC. What springs did you go with?

I went with the 2885s. I had them on my last taco and loved it!

Sweet! Those are the ones I was thinking, since I don’t have any weight up front and I am not planning on adding any in the near future.
Now to decide: new mountain bike, or new suspension.

Got my final alignment done today and had my Taco Tabs (LCA cam delete tabs) installed.

    20200526_204942.jpg

Then went down to my local park to flex the new suspension a bit. New on top, old on bottom. Definitely much more articulation in the rear and a noticable amount in the front with the new coils and sway bar delete. Can't wait to get my armor and hit some trails.

Suspension FTW! You can’t haul a mountain bike with stock suspension, physics.

BTW, paying the extra couple bucks to have headstrong assemble the front is worth every penny.

Well dang, I can’t argue with physics. Also I will 100% pay to have them assemble. I messed around with a spring compressor once, and will never do it again. It felt like using it took 10 years off my life due to stress.
    How hard is the install?
