Hope y’all have room for another newbie here. I am a first time Tacoma owner, but my wife and I also have a 2019 4Runner Trd Off Road we got last year, I just got a 2017 Tacoma Trd Pro a couple of weeks ago. I’m in the central Texas area, not to far from Austin (Bastrop to be exact).

It’s nice, I just have to get used to how slow it is, or maybe that’s just me granny shifting, not double clutching like I should.

I see what you did there

Try the OV tune on 91, a Gibson catback amd K&N 63 series. Won't feel like the same truck. Trust me.

Sorry for the late response, still figuring out this site, and I purchased a pedal commander a week ago, but I haven’t hooked it up yet. What is the OV tune?

some guy in Virginia does custom fuel/air remapping for our trucks for like $600. It makes the engine way smoother and way faster. His website is Orange Virus Tuning.

Thanks man! And so far I’ve done the revtek spacer lift with the add a leaf in the rear so I could fit some 285/75/16s on it, I just had some Toyo Tires Open County AT 3s put on it, I like the tires but they are kinda noisy, and I’m not sure how I feel about the “lift” yet. The truck came with an after market partial bumper that comes ready for a winch and 20” light bar, I’m not sure what brand the bumper is, but it seems pretty sturdy. I also plan on putting an handful of Baja Designs light on it in the near future.

Nice man. I heard the same about those toyos. So i opted for geolanders instead. But the low-profile bumper is a nice touch. Personally prefer the look of them over the full bumpers.

What he really needs is a spoon engine with a T66 turbo, NOS, and a MoTec exhaust.

    Facts.
