I got pulled over twice in TX with CA plates when we first moved down here. And not for speeding or running a stop either....both were because my window tint was "too dark". Coming from the damn constables who have 5% all the way around.

 

ah yes, the famed TX constable. My ex-wife used to live at W Little York and Hwy 6, right on the Katy/Houston line, lots of constables fishing for crap around there.

Corrupt and dirty is an understatement.

 

I would be up for a meet, but not sure if I could make it all the way to Harrisburg and back... I tend to get mentally fatigued while riding, so after two or three hours I stop scanning/predicting and instead start daydreaming. That ain’t good.

When I’m scooting around locally, I head straight home when this happens.

Maybe I will get better as my skills and experience go up?

 

It should get better. Or take a break and get some food, and then go again? Start singing or talking to yourself like all these vloggers do hah.

 

It's good to stop and take breaks - rehydrate, stretch your legs, etc. But obviously don't force yourself to go if you're not staying focused and comfortable with the distance.

You already know @fatfurious2 will have us hitting every guess station. I think my Bolt would get about 150 miles to the tank, when the fuel light comes on that means I have roughly a gallon of gas left.

 

We may need to delay this a little bit. Rob is feeling under the weather currently. Need him to be back to 100% before we all go riding for a few hours

 

nice GS dude, I kinda regret selling my r1200gs. I am trying to find another one in the PNW right now. Have my naked bike for sale in the meantime.

How often are you breaking when you ride on long stretches? I need to get off the bike every hour or so otherwise I get too cramped and do the same thing. Breaks are good
