Hoooooly crap they don't give those sliding TracRacs away, eh? Out $1550 for the bed racks, rails, and cantilever for the Tundra, fuck you very much. :bananadead:

Was going to pick some used ones up but then gotta dick with matching the rails to the truck, buying the crush blocks, drilling, and praying the racks haven't been microfractured or beat to shit to where they fail and mine and my husband's collective $30k in hang gliders ends up in the middle of the road.. I'll pay the extra..

    Complaining. Loudly. Mike knows..

Yet you bent over and took it willingly like all of us. That's why they're $1500+.

Did you check with Joe at Franks Truck Caps? His pricing is pretty good.

Called him and Yankee and wasn't overly enthused so I just ended up ordering the full razzle dazzle kit so I don't have to deal with it. Yankee was trying to sell me the 3" taller uprights because they were in stock.. I'm like "sir, i'm 5'3" and i'm barely going to be able to reach as it is.."

My buddy with the RX-7 has nearly $10k in his new motor and go-fast goodies. The other day we were at Harbor Freight to get a special hydraulic crimper for his extended battery cables. He was bitching about spending $60 on it. I just looked at him and said, "$10k....and now you're going to bitch about $60......really?". He just smiled and said..."yeah, you're right".

So what's another few dollars on top of the price of that purdy new truck? :D

    Watching the Space-X/NASA manned launch.

:fingerscrossed: The weather allows for the launch. Some serious science and computing power behind this self landing system.

Remember the old Aamco transmission commercials that had the 2 chimpanzees bangin' on a transmission with baseball bats? Seems like they said something like that, didn't they?

I'll have to see if I can find it on YT
