That's where I keep most of my unused clamps. I never really noticed how straight they were until you mentioned it. I'd like to take credit for it....but frankly it's probably just the result of them fitting snuggly in the spaces of the wire shelf.

Have you looked into a decompression chamber? You get strapped in by under the arm then by the waist. The chamber slowly opens to stretch the spine. Most patients see immediate results.

It hasn't herniated so they can't do anything and I refused steroids because I have an out of control fear of injections - traumatized from a meningitis spinal tap when I was 13 that was in the top 5 worst pain experiences in my life.
I've been hanging in my inversion table for the last few months. Idk if it's done anything for my back where I've been taking it easier lately also, but it has caused both of my knees and left hip to start having problems from prior injuries and the stretching on the joints. I thought competitive weightlifting was a great idea when I was in my late teens/early twenties... Table is going to a friend in NH, stopped using it.

Decompression and inversion therapy basically do the same thing...helping to open up the space between the vertebrae. And yes...heard lots of good things about them

My buddy straps on one of those weighted vest to get a better stretch. But it sounds like you had other issues as a result.

There're pretty much the same but how the actual procedure is done is different.

Inversion table using the person body weight or gravity to do the stretching of the spine. The spinal decompression chamber table split in half using a piston, it's all mechanical. It forces the stretch of the spline, instead of gravity.
