    anybody have suggestions on how to try and match the paint

    IMO Black is black, just get good paint. Preparation is key! They make a bonding paint that helps (regular) paint band to wheels, chrome, aluminum. If it definitely tought duty if you're ever going to go wheelin. A long time ago I painted my '86 Toyota steel wheels black.

    its all good farenheit i found the sticky and figured it would be easier i am going to go with dupicolor semigloss paint with a can of clearcoat and go from there any suggestions on the chrome and how to piant it

    Lost track many, many mods ago.
    Just get rust-o-leum flat black paint it looks great and it's fairly inexpensive. I used it on mine and they turned out good in my opinion. Just take a look for yourself.
