I was trying to match the map screenshot to the photos. And you said you needed 4WD. The only spot I know of that requires 4WD is right at the beginning of McMurray Rd going to Weaver from Meadow Lake Rd. That's why I thought it might have been Weaver. The rest doesn't require 4WD and is pretty accessible to most vehicles with decent ground clearance.

Have you been around Bowman to Sawmill and Faucherie, or up to Meadow Lake?

Bowman lake road off HWY20 is about 5-7 miles of paved road then turns into a gravel Dirt road. The last few miles to get to bowman lake is very rocky and rutted technical 4wd trail.
No haven’t been to meadow lake yet. May try that next time.

Stay staying stock on the grill. Already put my custom made bed mat from the taco in. Fit perfect with one small snip around the aft end of the wheel well. Waiting to sell my tonneau and slider steps before buying a revolver cover. Already has tires, lift, remote tailgate lock, performance exhaust, weather tecs.... Maybe add some lights???

I'm not sure why but I'm not 100% with the pro grill, so I plasti dipped the chrome ring on the original and I think I like it better than the pro grill. Options. I like options. Haha.

I've been going to Bowman Lake for 40+ years. I'm very familiar with the roads in that area. I think you might be overstating the road conditions and vehicle requirements.

I was at Sawmill back on the 9th. Unless something has changed recently, there is nothing technical about any part of the 18 or Meadow Lake Rd. They're just rocky dirt roads. 4WD isn't required, but ground clearance is recommended. I see 2WD vehicles back there regularly during the summer. Hell, I took an '88 BMW 528e around Bowman one summer. Is it advisable to take a 2WD back there? Probably not, but it's possible.

Not going to argue with you brother. I know that area very well. I was literally just there yesterday and I know what I went through. No need to argue with me. If it makes you feel better knowing that you can make it in a 2wd (which you can’t) then so be it. Whatever helps you sleep better at night.

Swapped in Pro taillights, subtle but noticeable difference. Like how it flows better with the MGM. Also added a DSM with a ball attachment, paired with a RAM mount it works great and without blocking a vent or messing with the dash lines. Also installed TRD air filter and intake accelerator horn, butt dyno likey. Attempted install of weathertech visors, after scarring up the weather stripping and driver-side window struggling to roll up threw the towel in and am returning.

If looking for a bit more “fun” one can always go back to Fordyce. You can create your own challenges and you will not be towing out a Honda Accord.
