But I will say this....I could not possibly be more confused about this whole cluster of thunder f*ckery. I haven't even the slightest of clues what happened, what is happening....and unless someone spells it out....what may happen.

from what I’ve gathered, some dude created 2 accounts and was arguing with himself, he got banned, he hired a law firm and pressed charges to get his account reinstated, Tacomaworld didn’t have their own attorney and couldn’t pay for court fees so they reinstated his account, once unbanned, he posted this thread that he is reformed and will now bow to his new overlords.

 

Damn, that's pretty darn close! There was a lot more confusion and misdirections, but that's real close!

 

From what I can gather, from the limited info available, is that the mods made a mistake in thinking that @Hobbs created a 2nd account @Hobbz.

This is based on both accounts are still active, and the ban lasted less than 7 days.

Am I right?

I don't know. 11+ years around here and I've managed to avoid The Hammer.

I was asked to remove a rated PG picture of my wife's ample cleavage sometime ago. Interestingly enough...posted on a BS thread with numerous men posing in various states of undress. Somehow that was all ok. But someone complained about my picture.

 

Sort of/not really. That's really close... The mods were called in to look at the Hobbz as a dupe, but they found another dupe that was unknown to everybody.
