Only a 40% chance it will go, Sunday looks better weather wise... If Thursday was any indicator, on a work day, I will be staying WAY away from downtown Titusville for sure!! This City was a parking lot going home Thursday. Usually takes me 14 minutes to get home, TWO hours to get home on Thursday night while all these yahoos were trying to get out of the river and beachside viewing for the launch..

Baby sister & her hubby went over early and still had to park in an overflow ..... took over 2 hours just too leave the parking lot

They arranged "tickets" for Sunday.... none were available for Saturday

They are both retired Air Force and still Love flight .... plus they are bored silly.... the neighbor Mickey, has been shut down for a little bit

I will gladly stay in my lil corner and watch The Riva' float on by...

 

Dammit. Hang in there Bill. Having good thoughts for you as you go through this.

 

Yea, I have a really good view right from my front porch!! I don't need to spend $500 to get a closer seat... Shakes my house just as if I was sitting across the river from it!! Poor planning on my part, I planted two big oaks on that side of the house, missed the placement by feet to have a clear shot within seconds after lift off... Oh well..

Traffic at EAA wasn't even that bad.

 

Showed up at an account this morning, no one was wearing a mask.

I asked the owner, who I have been dealing with for years, where is your mask? He started In with mask wearing in public stuff.

I told him this is public for me and I don't want to bring it home to my wife.

He told me to leave and not come back.

Ok. Better for me.

I'm noticing more and more people not wearing masks and alot of businesses that a few months required masks to enter their business now have stopped enforcing it
