I'd like to have something like the old school service stations. I worked at one for a summer when I was 16. It was 4 bays (2 roll up door), tire machine in the middle, bench across the back wall. I could definitely fit all my rigs/bikes in there.

I find I want to do this more and more these days.

 

Tried doing that today on the side of the house. Between the heat and the wind it was just too much. I may think a little harder about putting something in the garage, maybe a window unit or a mini-split. It's insulated just nothing in there to cool it down.

 

Like this: with a full walk up attic that you can stand up in.

 

I'm really hoping people get over "escaping" and stay home for the rest of the summer so I can have my work space all to myself....all 1.2 million acres of it. I need my space.
