Power window noise....

I just noticed I have a strange noise from the pwer window on the passenger side when I roll it down. It sounds like the motor is clikcing, or maybe one of the gears are loose? I pulled off the panel but still canot find anything abnormal, just loud and annoying. Has anyone heard of this? Is it a common issue?

 

Nah, the 3/36 is expired. I don't think that's being a dick at all though.... Does that sound like the regulator is going out?

 

Try greasing the metal contact points on the window regulator.

 

Will do, it definitely sounds like metal scraping metal, thanks. I hope it's not the motor failing.

 

I had that on my 09 passenger side. Grease it.
