Thanks man. I really wasn't looking for a red truck but got a good deal on it. It has grown on me so much since then though.

It's raining, so I'm not going to take measurements right now. I think it rides really well. Much stiffer then before, but that's what I wanted. I've got lots more pics of the install in my build thread.

OME suspension, ARB Air Lockers, CBI/Relentless/Pelfrey armor, HAM radio
OME 885 springs with OME nitrocharger shocks in front, OME dakar leaf packs with OME nitrocharger spring pack in the back.

    285/70R17 Goodyear MTR/Kevlar on ProComp 7005 17x8 w/ 4.5" backspacing 0mm offset.

I can't completely recommend this setup yet cause I haven't shaken all the bugs out. And the ride's a little harsher than I bargained for, if I had it to do again I might go the OME 884 springs instead. Anyhow, the truck's still in the shop today getting aligned. After I see the alignment numbers, I may decide I need to do UCAs. And I'm also still kinda on the fence about diff drop to reduce wear on the CV axles, CV boots, and front differential. Look for my "bjmoose installs full OME..." thread in the suspension area for lots of pics and details on the install.

We talk about "only a 3" lift" like it's no big thing, but a 3" lift is actually pushing these little trucks pretty hard.

I just took some measurements, might be slightly off since I did this at night. I measured from the ground up through the center of the hub stopping at the top of the wheel well. Driver and passenger side front 35 1/2". Driver side rear 38 1/2". Passenger side rear 39 1/2". Previously the rear was sitting at 36 5/8, passenger side rear. I never measured the driver side rear. That means with them installed like this I got 2 7/8" of lift.

I have got to do something about that. 4" of rake just isn't happening. I'm going to try loosening the additional U-bolts that came with the helper spring and hope that helps. I did torque them down pretty well...

havent regeared and getting about 18-20 with a mix of mostly city and a little highway. Previous owner said he was getting 23 city and 26 highway. yet to see those numbers but he did mostly highway driving when he did drive it. its was his third car and he only really took it skiing in the winters
