98 taco axle seal leak... elocker diff.. 8.4” axle shaft... yea that’ll leak. Seal doesn’t even touch

The shaft was replaced in 2006. The trucks done 10k since. The axle seals been replaced 3 times since. How the hell did someone miss this?

 

I'm sure there was a "huh, this doesn't look quite right but it all fits sooooo" in there

 

You think i could put an 97 camry wheel on a 01 corolla and vise versa?
