Less staff, similar hours to before this COVID crap, which in turn means a larger workload?

 

I’ve got 2 engines coming next week that have to get done, an awd rav4 torque converter Monday, and a 98 taco that had the wrong axle installed in 2006 is now waiting on the correct axle and all it’s accessories

 

He's been rocking the wrong axle for 14 years?

 

It’s gone 2000 miles in 14 years

 

Customer pay for the engines I hope?

 

8.4” non abs axle shaft in a elocker housing means, axle seal doesn’t touch the retainer which means no sealing

 

Insurance. 23.5 on one. 21 on the other. Hydro locks

 

Dude we've had 3-4 hydro locks as well in the past week

Fucking hilarious when the initial request from the customer is to "get it taken care of under warranty"

Think I mentioned this but one of them was a truck that claimed it "rained really hard" which is how water got into the engine. Upon putting it on the lift, you could clearly see the water line where the truck had been submerged while attempting to go off road

 

We have 6 hydros sitting in the shop. 2 are officially totalled due to wet carpet. The one sienna I’m doing is a 10,000 dollar ticket because it’s got the new 3.5 which means big $$$
