Fuck-12 is the new slang term for hate cops the reference to Adam 12

 

That's actually not correct. Police use radio codes and 10-12 is used to ask if anyone can hear your radio. It's only used when radio is about to tell you someone has a warrant for their arrest. So if you're interacting with the police and you hear 10-12 then it means you're about to get arrested. They then started just calling cops 12.

 

and a side note the Rodeo drive of DC and Chi-NA town last night Gucci,Prada etc: got hammered Gucci said they lost $900K in stock and LOUIS VUITTON took a $800K hit

 

The actual translation for 10-12 is "Unwelcome subject present?"

So calling cops the 12 means they're unwelcome in your neighborhood

 

Fuck 12 basically means fuck the police, but more specifically it’s means fuck the police in general was what I heard.

our 10 codes in Fl were a mess when I was in the Academy in the mid 80's

 

When I would drive around you would immediately start hearing people yelling "12" if you pulled into a housing district. I would even see little little kids doing it.
