    I don't know why Ducey needed to do it for the whole state. The only problem area will be Phoenix and maybe Tucson. My local law enforcement is pretty relaxed. I don't think they would do much if you broke curfew orders. They're the type that will pull you over for drunk driving, then give you a ride home.
