    Under development
I bought at 20 to sell at 30. It’s out of character for me to not sell when my number is reached. Was talked into it thanks to all you people

Tsla breaking out up nicely today because of sister company Space x getting Bob and Doug to the space station . Elon has to offer up a TY dinosaur toy with each new Tesla order . Maybe a helium filled one to float around in the car . Sales would go thru the roof lol.
Anyway , it was awesome to see a private sector company achieve such a great feat .
    NRGU doing ok also .

Typically 100 shares I thought, right? I dunno, I'm very early into learning about options -- I wouldn't listen to what I say :D (in general, not just on this....)

I want to start playing with options and whatnot, but right now I'm all in on NRGU and probably won't be able to "afford" to play with them for a while (don't really have enough in my monopoly money, putting in x amount/month as a hobby).

    You lucky !@#$%*()&@#$%

I am really kicking myself, it's painful to be at 4.25% but if we move when we want to be moving, it will cost more to refi than the benefits in the short term.

I really timed it perfectly, the Fed was JUST starting to lower interest rates and I had signed my purchase agreement right around the time the real estate market prices were cooling off due to rate hikes. So I basically just benefited from an increase in asset prices and lower interest rates simultaneously muhahahaha

Not who you asked but I considered it, even though I've been working the whole time, would be nice to see if I could do a full payment or two to principal instead of a normal payment, and just tack the interest on at the end (with 2 full payments going to principal also, that would drive that down too).

I've heard many different things about going into forbearance. Some banks will fuck your credit score up, or want you to make a lump sum payment after the forbearance period is over (wtf lol).. some of the more logical banks are tacking it onto the end of the loan

Yeah, that's the thing. Not sure if it's worth it, don't know how Pennymac is doing it. Would rather just leave it as is and pay principal stronger.

HMMMMMM I do have a RH account, might have to check that out. I knew they had it at a premium/select level a few months back, are they open for everyone now?
