Wow that is an out of this world grill. Did you see mine? I was thinking below my logo, no?

The cameras people are linking are no longer available. Does anyone have a recommendation for a pro grill or at least what specs to look for. Thx~

Does the one gap above the logo not have enough space to put anything? If not, then yes I would put it below it.

Is the first one at the bottom of the page not available? That one is pretty much the one I have.

Taco Garage kit has a lip mount camera that people are using, I'm putting mine right smack dab in the middle of the pro grill as post #685 has

    I bought that exact camera!

Do I need the RCA if I already bought the front camera equipment? Gar something err another. One of the higher recommended ones that uses the steering wheel controls rather than external switches.

I originally bought it as a full kit (the camera & rca cable bundled) but the links to the natika bundles seem to be dead. You will still need the natika rca cable with this module, regardless, it's just a separate purchase now unless you find a different bundle somewhere.

Not a Taco Garage or camera solutions issue, just a Natika or Amazon hiccup. But yes, that rca cable is required for the camera, it has a special quick connection close to the camera as well as the rca and trigger wires that you connect to the switching module.

So not an expert here but the Amazon Q&A I believe has a reply about the natika accessories being available 6/10?

No idea what that means really. Figured I’d check back since that’s soon.

They may be talking about the rca cable, angle shims, adhesive backing, etc. in regards to "accessories". If you could wait until after the date Natika stated, I would try, just to see if you can then purchase the full camera package to get everything you should. Just my opinion.

Open your hood and look under the sensor, there are two screws holes meant for a bracket to hold the oem camera. The OP is designing a bracket to hold a camera I believe...

    Or look at post #556 & 558

I did check 556 and 558. However in my case I have the Natika camera, not a bullet camera. So I could either drill under the LOGO on the front grill OR I can make my own bracket. I'm a pretty handy mechanic so I can whip something up. I don't intend to sell the truck so I really don't see an issue drilling the grill. I can always replace if it I have to :)

I’ll be using that style of camera but was planning to mount it so the shaft is horizontal, utilising the oem Bracket design.

Be interested to see where end up going...

If you're referring to the Natika WD-011 camera and mounting it with the post horizontally on a 2020 grill with the OEM style bracket take some cautions as [I THOUGHT] the bracket is angled to give a downward viewing angle. This already angled in view along with the design of the camera might bring the POV too close back towards the grill. You might want to look into straightening it back out. Just a bit of caution to consider.

If this isn't what you're referencing then please ignore my useless nonsensical rambling and let me blame it on being a Monday....DAMN MONDAYS.

Thanks! So using these shims would correct that?

You would most likely need to use the shims for sure, just can't comment on if it'll fully correct it or not, but definitely worth a shot. Also note the hole size in the OEM bracket versus the hole size needed for the camera shaft, might need to fab up a little adapter filler plate to shrink that hole down and keep the camera from wobbling.

Again, I am just speculating as I don't have the 2020 grill with bracket, just going off the fact the hole looks large in that bracket. Just trying to get some gears turning to take these things into account, good luck on it mate. I wanna see how it all comes together as well.

the op on here is designing a bracket for the camera system he sells so I might not have to design anything. I was going to make my own bracket as I’m sure the oem bracket is $1M...
