I haven’t used it personally, no.

I eventually want to also coat our garage, it hasn’t gotten high enough on the priority list yet.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

On the list to take the kids. Possibly even this weekend!

    https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Ol...oss-2-5-Car-Garage-Floor-Kit-320166/301068216

I used the high-gloss version of this in our Texas home. The application is finicky, but you might be able to get the right day before it gets blazing hot. Otherwise, you might need to wait until the fall. IIRC, ideal application temp is around 70 degrees.

I would recommend against the high-gloss finish because it reflects light (a duh statement). It sounds nice, but can be blinding if you are under the truck and sunlight is blasting your eyes.

Just looked at the kit you posted the link to. Looks nice, but since it only covers 250 sq. ft. you'd likely need at least 2 kits for a standard 2 car garage. 20'x20'=400sq ft.

    Looks awesome!

    Looks great!

This weekend was fun. I used Gaia to follow gpx tracks of the midsection of the Georgia Traverse. We ran from Coopers Creek to Charlies Creek, then came home. I also hit part of big grassy knob, but I ended up turning around because the trees got too tight for my truck.

I saw quite a few Tacos out there. There was a small group of Toyotas I passed in the morning too. Who had the grey 3rd gen with a RTT and a Corgi in the back? We saw you around 5 at the end of the trailhead for Charlie's Creek as you were getting back on the road. YOUR DOG IS ADORABLE!!!

Looks like a fun trip, been wanting to find a place like that. Nothing too crazy, just a couple of light trails. Nice looking rig.

Dang @synaps3 you could've at least stopped and said hi.... the fam and I camped at Coopers Creek campground this weekend!
Only Toyota I saw all weekend was a campground neighbor from Cartersville with a v8 4th gen 4runner, RTT & toytec lift.

I've never had talon grips but I just got foxx grips for my shield and glock 19. They were much cheaper and had great reviews. Ordering directly from the foxx site and not Amazon, they were $13 each shipped. I'm happy with them. I'm sure you will be pleased with the talons too. I hear nothing but good things about them too.

Thanks I will check those out for some of the other toys. Nice setups... I’m comparing/looking at night sights and a freakin laser, but it will probably be a while. Getting back into shooting my bow and too many expensive hobbies.

I had a set on my Shield 9mm. I really liked them! Years ago I had one VERY tiny corner start to lift so I trimmed it with some equally tiny scissors and never had a problem since.

Welp, I finally landed a new job! Accepted a position as a Systems Engineer at Aerodyne Industries, a NASA contractor, this morning! Super excited, butttt unfortunately it will require me to relocate to Huntsville, AL. I'll be close enough to attend the GA TW camping trips though so I won't be disappearing! The timeframe of when I actually have to relocate is unknown as their facility is still on lockdown due to COVID so we'll see.

Anyone familiar with the Huntsville area and have any information to share?

    Congrats Chris!

You probably already have, but jump over in the Bama thread. I know there’s tons of folks there that can point you in the right direction.
