Hey y'all! I saw this thread in my new member post and not only am I new to Tacomas, but I'm also relatively new to Austin (especially considering how much time I've spent at home this year). I wanted to say hi and say I'm excited to enjoy my truck.

Also since I've committed to not modding this one for at least a half month I'm looking at replacing the highway truck tires on it with some meatier all terrains. Anyone locally have a good plug on either BFG or Nitto?

Welcome! I personally have a relationship with Mike (manager) at Discount Tire in Lakeway at the intersection of hwy 71 & 620.

Nothing but great experiences there and thats why I choose to drive across town.

I will 2nd this notion! I got my wheels and first set of tires for this truck from the same location and they were really nice to work with! I recently got my current set from the DT in Pflugerville off 685. The manager Javier has a 3rd gen with 33's & method wheels :headbang:. I'm currently running Cooper AT3 XLT's in the 285 variety. I was happy with my last set so I just got the updated design.
