TACO GARAGE - TRD Pro grilles (and garnishes)

I installed it and it fits tight no problem but the garnish fell right off I’ll have to watch it. Nothing really holding the garnish except some kind of sticky surface. I think the garnish was installed on the grill and the flat shiny piece on the outside cameoff during shipping? Not sure

 

Spoke to Taco garage, they’re sending me a new garnish. Great customer service.

 

How did you get in contact with them, I can't seem to get through to anyone.

 

Yea, and I'd buy from somewhere else because god knows it will be another 17 weeks before they make another ship lmao

That’s great news because I was getting a little weary of what I was about to get into. Mine is delivered and I’m getting off work in 30 minutes to go home and install it.

 

Got the grille in and opened it up. Pretty impressed with the quality so far.

I was finally able to get in touch with someone.. they said they’ve gotten a swarm of orders lately and got a bit behind, but are shipping mine out either tomorrow or the day after.

 

Took me about an hour to install this but I went slow making sure I didn’t break any tabs. My overall opinion of this Taco Garage grille is it really is high quality and feels nice and sturdy. Fits snug. All tabs were intact and went in as expected. the garnish seemed to be of good quality also. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, @FreshMexicanTaco

 

Anyone else have the plastic start fading due to being in the sun? I have only had it on the truck a couple months and mine is showing sun damage already.

 

I’ve had two from the Taco Garage and absolutely no issues with either. I ordered my first one almost two years ago. Gave it to a friend and it still looks good. My current one is almost a year old and, again, no issues. They seem like great quality to me. Just my experience.

 

Idk then, Tomorrow when it is light out Ill take a picture, but the top of my grill definitely has sun damage where the black is fading already.

 

That sucks. Wondering if he had to go to a different supplier?

your black housed headlights are sick, where did you get them, what brand?

 

They're actually tinted sr5 lights LOL
