    HAHA Naw.. just giving you the link to the page full of links for knives.. Personally I use knives I buy at Sam's Club but I know not everyone has access to them. Kitchen knives are a lot of personal preference and what you want to do with them. Not everyone is butchering their own cows and not everyone is slicing garlic with a razor blade. No sense in spending large amounts of money until you find the style that suits you.. then feel free to spend your whole paycheck on a custom handmade one if you really want to.

    the only thing I’ll add is know the point of diminishing returns for you. for us (wife and I) Walmart is not good enough, however it doesn’t take much beyond that to meet what we need. And then beyond that we’re spending more than makes sense. A 300 dollar knife is cool and all but like....so is a knife and 250 dollars. Imagine how many ribs you can make with 250 bucks.
