    More of a witch.... :)

I hate running in a good rain, hard on the shoes and feet. And biking in the rain (I'm on roads) is dangerous since I can't see well with rain in the face, not to mention idiots in vehicles.

Meant to say straps in my last reply. Easy to grip a bar when you’re lifting warmup weights.

I'm talking about straps, is that not what we're talking about?

Speaking of, today was some light 6x3s on deadlifts. My gym is finally open and I wanted to go lift super heavy but I stayed on program... Boring.

No. I feel yawning can be a sign of bordem. Probably why the wifey always yawns during handies. Makes sense now...

On another note, 2nd week in the gym. I hit each major muscle group twice last week, except for legs. They didn't recover as quick. Today I did legs though, with plans to hit them again thursday. Stamina slowly coming back, but I get very tired after 40 mins or so. Typically get maximum of 1 hour right now in the gym before I am just dead.

In other news, physical and drug testing tomorrow for the new job. All goes well (not sure why it wouldn't lol) and I will then send in my resignation for the current job. I am pretty excited for this new chapter.

I’m all for a fucking refund on 2020.

I’m just gonna train like a motherfucker in solitude this year then 2021 will be about the races.

Had my final apt today. I’m free to do all the things.

Surgeon actually was blown away I’m already running 6 miles at a time and back to sub 7 speed work. He said not all his Pts recover that well. He actually kinda scared me because he said I’m pretty lucky, even he wasn’t sure this was gonna turn out this well.

    #blessed lol

Meh. Probably not something to get into on TW cause political. But it’s a process. Things are slowly getting better for everyone. Protesting isn’t gonna solve racism over night.
