Nope. I have done this on 3 vehicles in the past year. Utility bills are required to change the address on your DL, not your vehicle. In the time you spent asking, you could be done already.

You're welcome. It's super simple. Even if you're in a year that you need to do emissions, you can actually go straight from the emissions place to a kiosk at a kingsoopers (if they have one) and the results of your emission test should be there. Might take a day, but mine was available in the system 10 minutes later. You pay an extra 2 or 3% fee not do deal with the DMV, but the cool thing is you you don't have to deal with the DMV. Prints a sticker out right there on the spot.

The dealership didn't like it when I mentioned what I was going to do with the DEF system on my new truck. They then tried to scare me with a voided warranty.

 

What's a warranty?

It’s an epa thing.
The last time I had a diesel vehicle in for emission they will not even touch a diesel that has a modified or removed def system.
