    One more week! The sellers of the house moved out of state. Last time I saw the house, the back yard was a jungle! We are going this weekend to buy an Ego electric mower. Pretty excited! I like new things!

    Make sure your agent has someone from the seller MOW and clean the land. We got the treat of an overgrown yard, and a green pool that was so foul you couldn't see all the furniture, pool tools, and hoses thrown in it. They are responsible until you take it over.

    LOL. Our friends we conned into helping us for pizza and pool were not impressed and bailed as soon as they could (August!) At least we saved on pizza, and the bank eventually paid for ruined furniture that came with property.

    If it were a pool I would definitely want it properly maintained, but some grass in the yard isnt too big of a deal. What have you done today? I haven't seen any working pics!

    Wife went to the grocery and her friend in floral said the Green Gate in Seguin had RED Passion Flower, so we had to go down there. Now we have one. It's a great place BTW.

    Well, ended up at a couple nurseries in Seguin! See ^^^^^^. And one in Marion, but they were closed. If you shop plants for your new place, Maldandos and Green Gate in Seguin are worth your time!

    I'm thinking of buying this front hitch mount to use with a cargo basket to carry camping and a cooler when I have my kayak in the bed. Has anyone used this before and run into an issues other than losing a little of approach angle?
