I'm waiting JUST for this and to make sure nothing gets fried (lol) before buying the vftuner stuff for my single AGM battery setup!

So, with VFTuner registered. How do we load any of the beta files or previous tunes? After returning my dongle. I was told I would not get a P5F license via Rafael. So I'm confused on how I can load any existing tunes. I'm already running the 19800 2.0 beta pcm file for the dongle license. Instructions aren't clear. Unless I'm missing something. Sorry if this has been asked before. I've been following the thread. But I seem to be the only one who's not getting a P5F license after returning my dongle license.

Yeah that seems confusing. Those of us who traded in our dongles got a p5f reg file from Mat, separate from vF and the vF Master Key

I'm also interested in eventually bumping up my alternator ouput. Gonna wait until I've got my FI map though. My AGM has been undercharged for a couple years now, boosting the output asap vs later won't matter

I got the registration file today and installed that. But again it's only for VF tuner.

According to what I have seen if you run basic lighting with some added lights you don’t use all the time this “should” work fine. The group on the far right is for an AGM according to a member that posted earlier in the OVTune thread. I just want to see if anyone had the same results.

The one on the left is stock.

    Battery base settings
    Open vF Tuner
    Open your tune file
Select / open tables shown in red on left (when you edit a map, name becomes red)
    set 13.6v tables @ 101.5
set base duty @ 91.0 as shown from 30 up

check the voltage you are getting. Should be right around 14.0~14.1 volt.
    if you need more,
    set 13.6v tables to 102.0

TO EDIT A TABLE HOLD CTRL + F

To quickly check your voltage after flashing
    open the logger
    select PID Control Module Voltage
    and check the value

Those are screen shots I posted in this thread a while back. @OVTune, all you need to change is the items you show in the post I quoted above? Why were so many different in the test tune you posed that I used to compare in the images posted above?

Use the flashing tool in vFtuner to flash any p5 file that's compatible with your ECU. It's essentially the same as the stand alone flash manager from before.

I can confirm this works as previous dongle user. I just flashed back to the 2.0 BETA decat file because of a CEL issue on the 2.0 Dump tube file.

Thank you gentlemen. That's obviously where my confusion lies then. I did get the registration file today. And installed the file. So does that mean I'm good to go now?
Appreciate the help and explanation. Don't know how I missed that discussion while following these threads.

Word of advice, open flash manager and do the usual routine to download the file you want and note the location of the download (usually in C/: users) Then open VFTune and click the "flash it" button and the flash program will open, select tune as usual from there.

Thank you. Figured as much. Just waiting on 2.0 final now. Might try the latest test tune to make sure everything is kosher, I think I downloaded when he first released it. I'm on 19800 currently.

I believe this is the last link posted that had all the 2.0 Beta files.

I haven't had any luck getting my dealer to flash my ECU to 04B04. Anyone in the DFW are able to do this. I am willing to pay. Thanks

@lapoltba also has a short list of people that volunteered to do it in his sig. @mZiggy is in El Paso if you want to make the drive.
