    Those are the ADP numbers. Nobody cares about those. The Labor Dept nonfarm payroll numbers release Friday. Those are the ones that................... Who am I kidding. The market won't care about those either. lol

    @Iwilltaco Going back to our mREIT discussions, today might be a good day to get out of some of the mREITs if you plan to. I might sell ARI and CIM, and after 2 years of collecting dividends, I can take a nice loss for tax purposes, but in the end break even by buying FRT at about a 34% discount. Right now FRT is yielding 4.75% and has 51 years of consecutive dividend raises, that is as SWAN as you can get. I hate selling for losses but this might be what I need to do.

    Perfect. I dropped 50% of my ladr at 8.90, so watch it run up to 10. I’ll check out FRT, I need somewhere to put the funds. Been hoping for a short downturn but it seems the rally won’t be killed easily. I haven’t decided on ARI, have they announce div yet? I haven’t seen anything. It’s had a good last 2 weeks, so it’s not a bad time to get out if that’s what you plan to do.
