    A guy brought in a Ryobi 18v trimmer yesterday that would run for about 2 seconds then stop. I took it into the back, replicated it and couldn't figure out why. The string was a little long, so I decided to cut it back to proper, non slapping around length. Once I did that it ran perfectly. I guess there's a sensor somewhere that shuts it off it it's too long? Who knew...oh wait...he would if he had read the instructions.
