I'd love to see the dimensions on that spindle and the arms, but it looks like my math for where to mount the UCA is pretty much exactly where this kit mounts.

I’m not a fan of the rear leaf hangers. Wayyy to low. That ought to catch on every little rock

Yeah for anywhere other than the sand and dez it would probably end up scraping. @snowsk8air2 came up with a workaround for this. TBH any true performance sua kit drops the shackle back and unless you go his route, will be exposed more than stock hangers.

99% sure that’s just the tc 5 lug kit and a stock spindle. I’m sure a little searching could get you what you need.

Yeah after bending mine and fixing them twice I ended up chopping them off (leaving the shackle locating hole) and building the outer side of the shackle mount out of 1/4” wall square and round tubing. Hoping this ones the trick to keep things from bending.

The tube goes up and around the shackle and back to the frame

Good god that is ugly and still will drag on everything (just probably not bend as you say). Welds look good tho but I would revisit that design at some point soon

I mean if you don’t want to drag just do a link setup for crawling - the hangers have to exist for leaf springs inevitably.

What @Dalandser said. Leaf springs are going to have to have a hanger unless you invert the shackle and put it above the frame like they do on 1st gens. Although the guys at JD fab did mention they were doing to be doing something with a D44 hub in such a fashion which will be interesting to see.

And ugly, yes a little, will it drag, absolutely but it’s no lower than the original one from DMZ, will it bend, that’s the question I am hoping to answer with a No

Yeah, looks like a T100 setup, I think you are correct.

Yeah it's the 5 lug - and as far as the dana 44 hub you'll just be dragging on the shackle instead considering Ryan's hanger has literally 1/2" extra under the shackle. I'd rather drag on a piece of steel I can reinforce or replace.

My thoughts as well. Either way you’re gonna drag on something unless you go with links. I just want mine to last a few more years before I tackle that upgrade

    Whole lotta stuff
Thanks gents. Looks like 650lbs should be the sweetspot, I doubt it'll be stiff. Swapping springs isn't hard anyways. If I every want to lighten up the front, I think I'll just trade to a hybrid style bumper.

It’s all application based. Desert guys don’t worry about rocks that much. If you’re trying to do both then this probably isn’t the kit for you but you’ll sacrifice travel numbers.

I've got a spare frame for when I go links. Maybe I'll grab a twin beam setup for the front
