I purchased a pair of Anzos from Rockauto last fall after I found my right headlight cracked. It was a mistake. In replacing both of them, the assembly went together very hard and when it was finally assembled it looked terrible. Not OEM Toyota quality. The hood almost fit over the left headlight and I broke one of the grill mounting clips during the install. As for light output, it was also substandard, again not OEM quality.
I ended up ordering Toyota OEM headlights from a parts search on-line and it ended up being from Toyota of Des Moines, Iowa this spring. With both headlights, 81110-04163 and 81150-04163, two clips 53145-12010, and shipping it came to $477.04. Each headlight was $202.44 and both clips were $5.90. Shipping $66.26.
The only issue I had in the order was with the left headlight, it came broken twice. Toyota of DM, did replace it both times it was broken as I sent them pictures. They really should improve their packaging. The one box, I sent them pictures of the carton before I even opened it and waited for their ok. The OEM headlights fit as they should, the assembly went together with ease and I'm back to OEM fit quality and light output. Took a little over an hour to install them. No need to remove bumper face or fender liner.
I wanted to purchase the headlights from my local Toyota dealer in Coon Rapids, but parts person quoted me a price of $325 for each light and he was trying to steer me towards a projector or LED retrofit.

I hope the lights work out for you. I pulled back from ordering some cheap aftermarket lights after reading reviews that they began to fade and crack in about a year. please keep us posted on your experience

I run those exact headlights when i retrofitted my headlights over a year ago. The quality is top notch. Ive had no issues with them and they're still in good shape and no oxidation or anything of the sort.

I got some Prime Choice aftermarket lights from Amazon two years ago. $75 out the door. I followed someone's advise to run a bead of waterproof silicone caulk along the top half of the assembly lights' seams. One light fogs up when it rains, and the pigtail assemblies don't slide in smoothly. I also had corrosion build-up on a bulb terminal - which most likely would have been avoided if I had applied some dielectric grease to the connections. Otherwise, the lights are doing well, and they are not, yet, experiencing the melting-plastic feature of the OEM parking lights for those with DRL's. Don't expect a perfect outcome with aftermarket light assemblies. I don't regret my decision as I was expecting a little trade-off.

Let us know how the install & fit of them goes.

I replaced mine a year ago and ended up going OEM. I initially considered aftermarket, but ended up chickening out after reading mixed reviews on them. Looking back I wish I would've gave them a shot given the substantial price difference, which gets harder to look past the older your truck gets. Just keep up with waxing/sealing them to help mitigate UV damage & oxidation and hopefully they'll serve you well for years to come.

Note, I also ended up replacing my fog lights not long after that, which those I did go aftermarket (Dorman) on as OEM was stupid expensive as well. They seemed OK and had a nice glob of sealant running around the circumference of the lens-to-housing interface, so hopefully fog/moisture won't be an issue like so many seem to gripe about with aftermarket light assemblies. Also, it appears a lot of aftermarket companies just use sourced control parts where they are procuring the exact same part, from the same manufacturer or two, that all the other aftermarket companies are using for their supplier. For example, my Dorman fog lights say Eagle Eyes on the lens even though the online advertised Dorman part on their website/online stores shows TYC on their lens. I even called Dorman at the time just to be sure I wasn't getting some knock-off parts and they confirmed their fog lights are just sourced control parts coming from a few different manufacturers. I think this is where buyers need to be careful as I see aftermarket companies jacking up their prices, because of their name, even though they are sourcing their parts from the exact same supplier(s) as their competitors who are offering the same exact parts but at noticeably cheaper prices.

Yesterday I had my new headlight assemblies installed and they look great and fit like a glove I also installed lasfit 9003 H4 HB2 LED's and they are bright! I also had the inspection done (in virginia we have yearly inspection) I have 87245 miles and still on the original brakes! I also had the tranny gear oil replaced next i will do the coolant, brake and power steering flush. I am going to sell the old headlight assembly with led high and low beam installed.

Unfortunately, pretty typical. Too bad they don't come with fish already in them.

You're going to blind everyone. When you put an LED bulb in a reflector lens it creates a horrible glare. HID and LEDs are designed to be used in projector headlights only. Look at the ultimate headlight upgrade thread on this forum, I think it's a sticky. It's a huge upgrade and you maintain a proper cutoff on the light instead of blinding everyone. You'll actually get more light on the road with a proper halogen upgrade vs your LEDs which are just glaring the light in every direction.

What years in a Gen 2 Taco were headlamps susceptible to yellowing or clouding? This has prolly been mentioned before but am unable to find it in a search.
