I had it shipped to Washington state and it was $100-$125 if I remember correctly. I’ll look for the invoice to get the accurate #.

Almost all of the welding is complete except the front plate. I plan to paint the inside of the bumper and front plate and then assemble. Not before grinding what I currently have down and setting the bar angle as I do not want it to run parallel to the grill.

Picked up two large canisters of 75/25 wm8 today as well. Should be good for awhile. I definitely need to hook up the 220 as I noticed some funkiness with the 110. Nonetheless I ran full welds on both sides. It wasn't so bad honestly!

Finished up a wing.. I really wanted clean lines, and I definitely learned a few tricks! Really tedious stuff, especially in this heat lately. I am happy with how it came out so far, definitely not looking forward to doing the front plate :D

Grinded with 50 grit, will be stepping it to an 80 and then the paint stripper doodad for some smoothness

Front plate is on! All that's left is some more grinding and paint. Hoping to finish by Monday!

What's everyone doing for fogs? I don't want to have to rewire a bunch of stuff so anything I can just splice into the existing wiring would be great.

Many companies have an adapter to connect aftermarket pods to the factory harness. I have BD pods I'm putting in mine doing that.

They are pricey but I decided I was saving money on the bumper so I would spend the money on high quality lights. There are options though that dont cost BD $ that you can get adapters for.

I'll take some tonight and post them up. I did have to widen the opening a bit. I wish I knew that before I painted my bumper.

So I completed the build (still need the weld hoop and lower support) added a winch and do some wheeling.

    I noticed -

    1. Front mounting points NEED to be angled otherwise the bumper wings look like they are sagging. My bumper upper plate is complete level so additional modifications to the front mounting area will help to level it out more.

    2. Mounting holes are NOT enlongated enough for correct alignment after modifying front mounting point angles. This will cause a huge gap of 1" without modifications.

Other than those minor issues which I will resolve, super happy with how it turned out.

@Slashaar here is a day time of them installed I meant to take an evening shit but I fell asleep. I’ll try to get one tonight. All the hardware rusted so I either painted it or swapped it with stainless.
