Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I had 600s (or maybe 650s?) at first and they sagged. I'd go 700s which is what I run now.

 

Word! good investment. I bought one from Costco two weeks ago.

 

I'm excited to use it on upcoming camping outings. I'll give it a go this weekend when I go up to Bird's landing.

 

yep, first time i drove to a local spot, went to the back of the truck and saw that my tarp and some crap was in the bed, opened it up and boom empty. not fun

 

Damn, well hopefully the 600's can hang because swapping coils is not possible right now. Maybe I will just put it on without the winch for now. I'm about to drive out to Missouri right after I install it.

 

Whew. Was able to get through the MRI this time with 10mg of valium. Not sure it was the pills that did it, or how this guy actually let me get comfortable with minor pain in the machine. Let's hope for some real results... I just want to sleep and function for one day

I was curious too.

There is a real old bar there. I used to do surveys on the wind farms at Montezuma Hills close by. We always stopped by this real old bar there with an equally old lady bartender. Two dollar beers and free peanuts. You just dropped the shells on the floor. They even sold beers to go. Fond memories of that place.

All the locals swore the windmills were getting them sick and giving them balance disorders/vertigo.

 

7 years ago I was a Member at Birds Landing Hunt Club. It's an ok place. But I never did make it into the bar. We were always there in the morning.

 

I'd see members there sometimes. One time there was more pheasants running around than usual, a lot of them. I asked if anyone noticed. They told me it was lady hunt day/week.

 

So, my recently built new computer has shut down twice in the last few days with a Ndu.sys note. WTF?

 

Crap. It just happened again with 15 minutes of the last time, while on the Microsoft web site looking for answers.
