It's a booming place to live. It's getting more expensive to live there as well. He can come join us on our Bama rides now!

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    Looking to buy another Toyota.

My sister was hit in her runner the other day. She is looking for another vehicle.
    (Car, SUV or Truck)

    All Toyota’s will be considered.

She lives in Macon and I am in ATL. Willing to drive for the right vehicle.

    Thanks y’all

It's not a Toyota but I got this that I was gonna list pretty soon. It's an 05 Xterra 4x4 off road so it has a rear e-locker. Not sure if she's looking for something newer or not. Just figured I'd throw it out there.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a hard tri-fold tonneau cover that doesn't use its own rails to secure the cover? ie Not a LoMax.

Back story, I bought the LoMax because it looked good and is secure. On delivery (and due to my lack of knowledge about it) it has secondary rails that secure to the OEM bed utility rails. My goal was to have a bed rack that I could remove and install the cover when it wasn't in use and vice versa. The LoMax rails make it a little more time consuming to remove and get the bed rack installed. So I am looking at getting a different cover or sucking it up and spending and extra 10 or 15 minutes removing the rails to mount the bed rack (i am going to get the upTop Overland one).
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That’s it. It was nice, worked well.

I did see another one that looked similar to the Ruggedliner one, but instead of having handles that locked it down, it had a Pull Cable that unlocked it, which was nice.
But I can’t remember the name.

That is the one I have on my truck, and I like it. My buddy also has it on his 3rd gen and likes it. Never had an issue with water intrusion, and I took it off the other day in about 5 min to get some landscaping materials. It does (at least my version) require you take off two nuts for the clamps near the cab, but I just keep a deep socket in my truck for that in case I need to get it off.

The only issue is that the panel closest to the truck does not fold up against the cab as some do, it is stationary, so while it is on the open bed space is limited even when opened. Not an issue for me, but for some it might be.

I'd like to see it in person at some point if everything dies down and you are up to it. Just to get an idea about it.. I mean 2 nuts versus 6 would be a bit easier. Now that I have a brand and model in mind I am going to attempt to use the LoMax for the time being and see how much work it actually is before I drop money again. Though it shouldn't be to hard to sell the LoMax locally.

Sure, I'm in Bogart, just outside of Athens.

Also, check the photos here: https://ruggedliner.com/images/install/E-Series-Hard-Install-Instructions.pdf

this shows just a hand tighten on the cab side, which mine has, but mine also has a nut under the hand tighten. I did get mine used though so maybe the previous owner added it just in case and it isn't needed. Without the nuts, maybe 1-2 min to get it on/off

I’ll swing back by the local dealer tmr. They had a 200 with the gold heritage wheels on the lot a week or so ago.

Idk if this has been shared on here but that's the cheapest I've seen a bumper replacement
