Is that not distracting at night? Or do you just keep it turned down?

 

I just drove with them on at night at full brightness and yes they’re bright but no brighter than whats in my moms Lexus. If I ever feel they’re too bright I can just turn them down a bit but I doubt I ever will.

 

you were right. Had no idea I could adjust the angle until I went and tried lol. Still kinda light out so I’ll have to wait until dark to be sure but fairly confident I fixed the issue.

Swapped some power steering fluid

 

Had mine done by Jerez back in 2013 except I did green instead of blue. Was gonna do it myself but then I saw how small the leds were and said nope, lol. I still love how it looks. Not the best picture I have but here it is. I went with the cool while leds also.

 

Here's mine. Just bent some aluminum bar, with a hole for the bolt into the t-slot nut. Turned out pretty clean and solid.

I have weathertechs and so far really can't complain. Guess is all depends on what you like and require. Either one of these is better than the originals.

 

Well this is the fastest I’ve ever modded anything, chrome delete, 2.5” lift via bilstein 5100s, 285s, wheels and TRD PRO grille. Bought the truck on 4/21/2020.

Big day for the tacoma
Installed bp 51s
Had to make a custom resi mounts from uni fox resi mounts because I didn't know you had to order the arb mounts separate
Installed new driver side spc upper ball joint apparently failed under a year.

 

Pretty damn easy. First time ever soldering on a circuit board and it was really easy. First 3 LED’s were rough but got the hang of it quick. Just takes a while but it’s easy

 

I now know why they say it takes 11 LED’s. Only used 10 and couldnt figure out why. Finally found out why. Left a single amber led that’s the backlight for the gear indicator. Opening it back up tomorrow to swap it because it’s driving me crazy.

 

I gotta ask how you got your bends so perfect? Press brake?

Mine (with aluminum) ended up not at all at 90° and slightly bulbous.

 

Wait, ARB doesn't include resi mounts for their multi thousand dollar coilovers?! Damn.
