Yeah the price had me say yes without even thinking. I can’t find good photos online of the color but it’s gonna be awesome. Now let’s see if it gets here in 2 weeks. I have had 4 bikes fall through in the last month so we shall see.

There isn’t as much of a shortage on the higher end bikes. It’s the more entry to mid level bikes that are in short supply.

My LBS thought it would be 2-4 weeks before Santa Cruz would have my frame in stock, then another week to ship. I had tracking info within 5 days of ordering and it was at the shop 4 days later.

 

Dude I'm not going to lie, something seems very wrong with your LBS or am I missing something? Are you saying 4 bikes you actually ordered/paid for fell through or they were just on a generic shipment that the shop ordered six months ago, etc. but keep getting plucked by people who put money up front?

I paid about a month ago and he couldn’t get the ex8. But I am happy where things are going now. It is a very small shop “not trek owned” so he has had trouble getting anything from trek. But I am going to call him tomorrow and see what the word is. I don’t know how long it takes to get confirmation so we shall see.

 

Been a while since I have posted anything. Just have not been feeling it lately and have not been riding much. Went out for a short ride a few days ago. AZ is already hot as hell.

 

Anyone have experience with Ragley bikes?

 

Where at in AZ? I've been trying to get out and ride as much as possible around Tucson but it's pretty tough to get out there when it's up to 105 by noon.

I’ve got a coworker who just moved to the Phoenix office this year. He’s been posting some amazing pictures to Strava.

 

Went on another ride to tire myself out for the switch to a 12am to 8am schedule for a few weeks.

Other than trimming my videos to get rid of some hike a bike sections and the real boring parts I don’t edit at all. I just use the GoPro stuff on my phone because I don’t have a nice computer, so editing is difficult. I’d like to make real nice videos but man that’s hours and hours of learning and then even more in actually doing it. I always wondered why my favorite you tubers only did one video a week until I started recording lol

 

I rarely do videos, but when I do I trim it down to just the trail features. I don't have any interest in watching anyone do basic flow trail so I can't really expect someone to watch me do it either.

This is a 14 mile trail with 1300' of elevation condensed to 2.5 min.
