Likewise had it as a kid. Didn't have it for years and years. Then it came back to an extent 3 or 4 years ago. Hasn't needed any lifestyle changes, but I'm aware and so prefer to be cautious.

Honestly the only thing I'm not doing now due to covid that I wish I could do is having lunch at sketchy mexican or chinese or indian lunch buffets.

 

Sometimes the food is so good it's worth it when you get sick 3 min. after eating at restaurants like that.

Out of HTZ at 3.55. In at 0.88, made about 100 bucks in a few days doing nothing (before taxes) so I'll take my donuts and go buy some donuts.

Two lessons learned:
1. Robinhood blows, I'm sticking to TD for my monopoly monies and probably all accounts. Will probably cash out from RH from HTZ and then be done with them.
2. I forget 2. But, hey, $NRGU is way up too and my $BoringAccount is also up today. On a Friday? :O

Yeah...now I only need $11,000 of recovery to return to pre-covid...that's mostly in my 1,200 shares of $NRZ that went from $17 to now $9

 

Same as RH I think, 4/week unless you have 25K in your account, that's not a RH thing that's SEC I thought.

401k is back to pre-cov with the contributions between Feb 18 and now, so I'll take it as a win though - the psychological win of that is awesome.

 

HTZ throttled back real quick. Still up but $1/share less. It hovered around my limit yesterday for a buy but didn’t hit.

@Iwilltaco I know you're into REITs, I guess I'll be sticking with IRM. I was on the fence but they seem solid, and the yield is ridiculously high right now. I just bought some more so they weathered my storm of cutting REITs (along with O and FRT). Check them out for almost 10% that's pretty safe (hopefully).

 

Up 34% since January.
CCL is return is 73%
RCL return is 80%
BA return is 32%

I’m really happy with the investments that I have made.

That’s crazy, I was just going to ask about the dividend. I picked some up at 22.90 and added to it, but it’s up so much I was considering selling if the dividend looked in doubt. If not it’s definitely worth adding more. Thanks. Dropped some LADR this morning, if it drops Monday I could buy it back and still get the dividend at .20 a share, but it was up sharply the last couple days so seemed a good time to get out
