If you scroll up, KBVoodoo says that its from older pricing (since this thread started in 2016) before the redesign. Use the promo TWHIRISE to save some $ on the newer model.

I have the same cover on my 2010. I was thinking of maybe using an angle grinder to make slots big enough for the rails to poke through and attach to the bed rail. Think that would work?

Think you could you use an angle grinder to make a slot for your upright to attach to the rail?

@KB Voodoo I recently purchased these thinking they would fit my 2017 TRD OR. I have all of the correct hardware but there is no way to attach those to my bed rails. Is there anything I can do to get these installed. Thank you

Recommendations for shovel/jack etc mounting? I've got bars and an awning so far, RTT next but would love to see pics of other people's set ups.

I used these ARB brackets from Amazon, then just got some appropriately sizes nuts and bolts and bolted it on. When deployed, I have to slope it towards the truck because I don't have a lift yet, but it works for my needs. Definitely good enough for me to keep my pup under on hot days or sit and read a book under some cover.

    I misread the price...thought they were $200 not $400

    oops.

Thinking on it as I only wanted them to haul kayaks. ..

We would not suggest these for hauling kayaks. You want something taller like a 18" TACO Max: https://www.max-modular.com/shop-max-modular

I just ordered quick fists for the side holes. I did surface mount rotopax for our four day memorial weekend trip into the Land of the Lost!

The problem is that they would hang pretty far off the back of the truck. The 18" rack gets them over the cab.

There small 1 gallon I had left over from motorcycles. I figured they could get me 30 to 40 miles in a emergency!

On the bike, they would tuck under my dry bags, I have 1 here on the left side.

So will the Pace Edwards Switchblade Tonneau cover work with these?
