I watched it regretfully. Don’t think I made it threw the whole thing..
Believe it was also mentioned “we brought trucks to a Jeep trail” or something along those lines... It’s all a fucking act to make money and suck the blood off of their “followers” cuz it even goes to show with their nerves to see real rocks, the excuses, and the maxtrax highway content they still didn’t even finish the trail.

They are a fucking joke. It's sad because they were the ones who got me stoked to explore NH/VT originally because they actually looked like they knew what they were doing there, and the trails actually looked difficult. Now that I have seen them run a trail I have actually ran before I lost all respect for them. It was what 3 videos before they even hit the trail and 2 of them pussying out. Fucking garbage.

Yeah both ways seems like the most fun way to do it. I'd like to run it at night like we discussed at one point. I'm sure running it dry is probably more fun on the retarded obstacles, when we ran it it was sloppy like it was for you guys. Just wait till you get that front locker and then you can do it without pulling cable. :boink:

Aint that the truth! Doing a course around here and it involved descending a 45*+ 9,000,000 foot tall sand dune. lightbars and stuff shining into oblivion as you crest over. Go to do it again the next day in the light, things like 15 feet tall. NBD.

It's pretty wild. I've only been night wheeling a few times and it's an entire different animal.

If you really wanna make it exciting at night, try navigating an unfamiliar course to get to your staging point while you have baja style race rigs prerunning the same course. Be worried about an obstacle, you look in the mirror and just see this coming in hot:

If you guys arent camping the field up top I know of a couple good campsites in/around the area where you could fit multiple trucks.

We ran flagpole at night and during a thunderstorm, it was pretty fun. Doing potts at night sounds scary but I'm sure it wouldn't be so bad after completing the trail once.

Theres a ton of sites at the base of Potts. State camping and primitive if you look into the tree line.

Yeah I know, I do alot of exploring out in New Castle right now because I live so close. Right down the road on tub run there are some larger spots with a nice creek running through, you could easily fit 8-9 trucks in.

A little rain never hurt anyone. This was my first time at Potts, got rained on pretty much all weekend. Had a blast though, and nothing broke

I tried convincing David to go a few years ago... :boink:

You know Steven, yeah? Tan 3rd Gen 4Runner. Think we're all in that Random Shit Talk group chat together. I know he'll run that trail again in a heart beat. Get him to go with you, it's worth the trip for sure.

    And drag David along too.

@fatfurious2 have you ever rebuilt a winch? I feel like it may be time to crack mine open and regrease some things but I have a feeling its not going to go that smoothly knowing my luck
