Well, I exited DKNG today. Thinking about taking half and putting it in to GAN. Also picked up some PIXY

For what it’s worth, I have a little over 100 shares of NCLH at about $12.50 and I don’t plan on selling until $40. I don’t know how realistic that is but that has always been the plan.

Not unrealistic, but not sure how long it will take. You're capital gains tax rate will be much lower though.

Lol. I only squirrelled in like another $4k over my normal contributions, but I did take advantage of the situation and convert just over $30k from Trad IRA to Roth IRA at a nice discount when it was near its bottom

That's more than tripling your money, and it would take the market (on average) about 14 years to do that, something like that. Anything short of 14 years and you beat the market.

Haha! Cookie cutter! I have about 180 shares of NCLH that I bought around $11. I was planning on holding till $40 myself.

I'll bail at $30 though and roll the funds into my other diversification avenues if my litmus test of the market doesn't lead me to believe it's on a steady climb.

we all had plenty of time to anticipate COVID hitting our shores, like at least a month. That's why I de-risked the moment the waters in the market started to ripple in the US. I don't regret that decision one bit. Did not anticipate a V bottom but still got back in at a discount.

I am glad we maxed our Roth’s out when markets were near the bottom. That has done very well also.

I know of a few people who have timed their buy-ins right, or bought more at those levels. Kudos! Moments like these are where real money can be made

I heard it as the market was responding to a health crisis, not a financial crisis like the housing bubble. It was bending under pressure, not inherently broken and needing repair. They expected a quick bounce back with a full recovery within 9-12 months, albeit not at all time highs like previous

    What’s your reasoning behind PIXY?

Just a tip from a friend really. He’s only lead me to gains in the past, so figured I’d throw in some. Plus with places starting to open up and places having had a bunch of layoffs could lead to a good potential. He thinks it’ll go to $10
