Which kit did you go with? The germes car solutions one? Might I ask what part you started having some issues with, just did mine a few weeks ago so just looking to help. There's also a few dedicated threads to these units you can try to get some insight from if you haven't already, quite a few helpful folks in there. Either way, good luck mate!

 

Is there a plug and play kit for this? SR models doesn’t have this option

I can install the panel but the Electricals I’m not sure unless the kit is plug and play

 

Off-Grid engineering did a wire kit for me which is plug and play, not sure if Matt is still doing it. You can shoot him an email. He does not follow TW anymore.

Replaced all my outside lights with LED, trying get that last damn license plate housing out. I need to seal them up then install my LEDs.

 

does it seem plenty strong without the reinforcement ribs?

Bake your lights in the oven so you can remove covers, then paint the chrome and reapply adhesive to close up lights. Look up FlyRyde on YouTube.
