time will tell. I'm under the impression this process was just rolled out around the beginning of this year.

I got the note for my 2013, got it straight in/inspected and treated. This was February of this year.
In my case that means it's got 6000 miles in temps ranging from below zero to mid 90's, daily gritty puddles on a dirt/gravel road and perhaps 15 car washes and it looks like it did when I picked it up from the dealer. Looks like someone sprayed 'Great Stuff" in the frame til it began to exit the box frame....

By that I meant the CRC process. Seems it's still being rolled out to dealerships as a new treatment.

Recommend keeping an eye on your tailgate cable with that tailgate assist. Typically that style tends to kink the cable and fray the plastic off, which might cause future problems. I've been looking for a tailgate assist for a while that's relatively budget friendly and works without issue, but I haven't come across one. I've also thought about using the style you have and fabricating my own bracket that removes it from that area and avoids kinking it.

I haven’t received a letter yet but I just got my truck in April. 2014 model.

several guys at work got their letter so I called the dealer and they made me an appointment for inspection next week. Then they will schedule the appointment to apply the process later. One guy at work went yesterday for inspection and his next appointment is July 9th....

Let me know the outcomes cuz I'm curious! Before & after pics if possible? I'm really thinking that it's a more of dbl check of & recoat more so then a frame replacement. Cuz I thought that they fixed originally after the first dilemma.

I got an initial letter about 4 maybe 5 months ago. Took it in for inspection back in March I think. Dealer said I qualified for the coating. Got a second letter 2 weeks ago. That letter had a deadline for inspection of sometime in 2022 I think. Called the dealer last week for an update on getting in for the coating and was told that they had the equipment but have no clue when they will actually have the material to be able to apply.
