I think it was $150 per axle, including materials.

Gotcha, I’ll probably do it myself since I’ve got nuthin’ but time these days. Any input on the ECGS bushing?

@Suprajim54 used to have the tool.

It's not a hard process once you remove the CV.

You'll need two catch pans for the diff oil when you pull the CV's.
    Pump for replacing oil.
Crack the refill plug before you remove the CV's to make sure you can refill the oil after you put stuff back together.

I do still have the tool. Its actually a kit now that I will loan out. Includes the bearing puller, seal puller, bushing driver kit and a PVC cap to drive the new seal in. Also have a pump for the fluid if you don't have one yourself. @Tundra2Play replaced his CV boots in the past. He needed to get the special hose clamp crimping tool but otherwise it was relatively easy with them off the truck. You might even be able to get away with a regular old worm drive hose clamp too

Is the kit available in the not so distant future? Might be ordering parts today. I want to get all the work done sooner than later so I have time to catch anything that might pop up. I’d rather an issue happen at home that 500 miles from home.

Yep, just let me know when you need it and we can meet up somewhere, or I can assist if done on a weekend.

I'm about to take all these MF's to Gapplebee's

Sounds good. Appreciate it very much.

I’ve got a set of those to go in too. Also got the Smurf spooge to apply. Whatever day I pick will be a very messy, yet productive day.

Did they have the plastic shield on the treads? Most Denso's come pre-gapped so you don't have to mess with them.

The ones I've ordered have been close, but still required adjustment.

Yes and they were all between .038 and .040 so i just got them all to .040. I'm well overdue, so should be interesting to see the condition of my current plugs.

I know I drive like shit, but I'm down to a consistent 13MPG and my truck isn't loaded down all the time like some.

I should probably do mine. Im at 53k and noticing a little hesitation at idle. I know they are supposed to be 100k plugs but I dont ever believe that crap.

June 20th I'll be headed to Pueblo, CO on the way to Yellowstone. To make things worse, I'll be pulling my Dad's 4x6 camping trailer the whole way through the mountains.

I learned I get garbage gas mileage towing anything depending on which way the wind is blowing. Lol. Towed my friends Patriot trailer to Austin and back. 16mpg on the way down.......9 on the way back.
