Same here at work, just have about week left on this project ,then off to another one, have looooooots of COLD BEER waiting for me at 4:00

 

My friend lives like less than 5 minutes away from there I'm actually going to be down there tomorrow he's going to weld some stuff up for me

 

Just enjoying this great weather with the niece and nephew. Sure is nice out today!

Evening all! It's a pretty good day here, because the controls for FREE SOLAR WATER are done, and they work! I have an adjustment to make, but it won't be hard. I took my control power off the solar controller output - and apparently, it will shut down the charger to devote itself to load use. Which makes sense, given normal use. I figured that out because when I turn a load on (pump or LED in shed), the charger meter shows no current, and the load meter does. Vice versa is all off - so I know all the meters work properly. So, I just have to switch a control wire to the battery instead. But the happy is that at 1800, the pump came on and watered for 10 minutes, and at 1900, the shed LEDs came on as intended!

Wasn't perfect the first time. The meters were upside down thanks to Chinese instructions, and I wired one of the shunts backward. Both easy fixes, just took more time!

So, as I went to the shed;


After I cleaned up the mistakes, and got the shunts mounted on the wall. Made a couple straps to hold in place as well.
