I've got a 96 of the same color, but it's got some rust.
I suggest ditching the beauty strips on the wheel wells, cleaning up underneath REAAALLY good, then applying some 3M undercoating.
Then throw on a pair of XENON flares.
I did all these steps to mine after I developed rust holes above my wheel wells on the bed - my flares hide the rust holes. :frusty:
You could do the same to prevent rust before it happens.

Welcome to TW! FWIW, That "cold air" intake is drawing hot air right from the engine bay. Get an OEM intake, and do a "Deck Plate" mod on it. You'll get better gains.

Uhm, in front of the wheel looks funny IMO. But its all up to you. I had a Thrush welded on mine too, 2.5 inlet and outlet, upgraded to a 40 series flowmaster and like it just as good if not more. What part of NC you from?
